Part of a three posters series which combines common visual tropes in Doha with Lebanese slang written in Arabizi. “Ra7 nwale3a” when translated to English means “light it up” and is usually used in the context of partying. These posters are screen printed in Doha, 2 color on holographic paper.
This project uses patterns designed by Sarah Al-Afifi. Thanks to Sara Shaaban for her support and insight on Lebanese colloquialisms, and for leading the best tour of Beirut ever!
